Clause 4.2
Extend Performance Security before expiry
Where the Performance Security would expire before the Works are complete, the Contractor must extend it not later than 30 days before its expiry date.

Clause 4.2
Keeping the security valid
Where the Performance Security would expire before the Works are complete, the Contractor shall extend it not later than 30 days before its expiry date.
