Object to instruction as Variation within 10 days
A Contractor that considers an instruction to be a Variation must say so in writing within 10 days of receiving it.

Clause 12.2
Objection to an instruction
A Contractor that considers an instruction to be a Variation shall say so in writing within 10 days of receiving it, failing which the instruction shall be treated as not being a Variation.
