Clause 2.1
Give Contractor Site access within 30 days
The Employer must give the Contractor access to the whole of the Site within 30 days after the Commencement Date; otherwise the Contractor may treat the delay as an Employer Delay Event.

Clause 2.1
Access to the Site
The Employer shall give the Contractor access to the whole of the Site within 30 days after the Commencement Date. If the Employer has not done so by then, the Contractor may treat the delay as an Employer Delay Event.
