Clause 9.2
Repeat failed test within 14 days of request
If a test fails and the Employer's Representative requires it to be repeated, the Contractor must repeat the test within 14 days of that request.

Clause 9.2
Repeat tests
If a test fails, the Employer's Representative may require it to be repeated, and the Contractor shall repeat the test within 14 days of that request.
