Clause 17.1
Notify claim for additional time or money within 28 days
If the Contractor considers itself entitled to additional time or money, it shall notify the Employer's Representative within 28 days of becoming aware of the event. If the Contractor does not give notice within that period, it shall lose its right to additional time and money for that event.
