Notify error in Employer's Requirements within 10 days
The Contractor must notify the Employer's Representative within 10 days of finding an error in the Employer's Requirements.

Clause 5.2
Errors in the Employer's Requirements
If the Contractor finds an error in the Employer's Requirements, it shall notify the Employer's Representative within 10 days of finding it. A Contractor that does not give this notice in time shall have no right to additional time or money arising from that error.
